Our cat toys use non-toxic cotton and natural catnip. **Are your products safe for puppies and kittens?** Yes. All Fursprout products are tested safe for pets 4 months and older. Always supervise your pet during use. **How do I clean the lick mat?** Rinse with warm soapy water or place on the top rack of your dishwasher. For deep cleaning, soak in a mixture of water and baking soda for 15 minutes. ### About Ordering **Do you offer free shipping?** Yes, we offer free standard shipping on US orders over $35. **Can I change or cancel my order?** Contact us at support@fursprout.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may have already shipped. **Do you ship internationally?** Yes, we ship to Canada and most EU countries. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. ### About Returns **What's your return policy?** We offer 30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used lick mats cannot be returned. **Who pays for return shipping?** US customers get a prepaid return label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. **How long do refunds take?** Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
